Established to protect the previously endangered white rhino, Hluhluwe iMfolozi Game Reserve is a triumph of conservation efforts. Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge is the only private lodge in the reserve offering exceptional safari experiences in the heart of Big Five territory. There's a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and spa.
Game drives are twice daily and game walks, night drives and star gazing are also on offer. A stay here includes all your meals as well. Do make a visit to the local community and support the vital work they do.
There are 18 well-appointed, air-conditioned rooms nestled on a ridge, each with their own private deck giving expansive and uninterrupted views of the reserve. Each one is air-conditioned with a ceiling fan, mini bar, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a veranda

How our Tent Ratings work
These are based on our personal experience of the hotel, camp or lodge and should not be compared against ratings you find elsewhere. We intend to guide you and don’t be put off by a low tent rating as some of our favourites fall into the 2 and 3-tent categories.
